05 April, 2020. In line with the
recent announcement by Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in coordination with the Command and Control Centre for Combating COVID-19 about extending the sterilisation programme to 24-hours for a period of two weeks, we would like to share related information.
Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) reiterates that vital services such as healthcare, food supply, and delivery (food and medicine), as well as support services such as banking, security, laundry and maintenance are exempt from restrictions on movement. The exemption also applies to pharmacies and supermarkets.
The aforementioned facilities in the DHCC free zone can continue operations by applying for a permit via https://dxbpermit.gov.ae and are required to follow applicable precautionary measures and Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory guidelines.
For queries, email care@dhcr.gov.ae.
We look forward to your understanding and support to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
Kind regards,
