Description

External and Internal signage in Dubai Healthcare City 

Prerequisites

the Facility should be located in the Dubai Healthcare City

The Business partner should fall in either one of the below criteria to quality in applying for External signage:
1. Anchor tenant (a main tenant or owner, and with an occupied or leased GFA per building greater than 5000 sq.ft); or
2. Globally recognized brand; or
3. Regionally recognized brand; or
4. Retail outlets on the ground floor; or
5.Tenant with an occupied or leased GFA per building betwwen 3000 sq.ft and 5000 sq.ft and a globally or regionally recongnized brand


Required Documents

1- Colored artwork soft copy
2- Installation details - fixing and electrical wiring
3- Work method statement and risk assessment
4- Copy of tenant commercial license
5- Copy of NOC from landloard
6- Copy of contractor trade license issued in Dubai
7- Copy of maintenance contract
8- Lease agrrement of Signage

Policies And Procedures

Signage process – DHCC buildings

  1. Submission of signage application. (by applicant)
  2. Initial review (by DHCA)
  3. Lease agreement to be finalized with Leasing Department. (by applicant)
  4. Technical review and calculation of applicable display fees (by DHCA)
  5. Payment of the Display fees. (by applicant)
  6. Approval and signage installation/fit-out permit. (by DHCA)
  7. Permit to Work request for the external work to DHCA (if the work on main road, RTA approval will be required) (by applicant)

Signage process – Privately owned buildings

  1. Submission of signage application. (by applicant)
  2. Initial review (by DHCA)
  3. Technical review and calculation of applicable display fees (by DHCA)
  4. Payment of the Display fees. (by applicant)
  5. Approval and signage installation/fit-out permit. (by DHCA)
  6. Permit to Work request for the external work to DHCA (if the work on main road, RTA approval will be required) (by applicant)
