24 March, 2020. Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), the governing body of the Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone, in cooperation with Dubai Municipality (DM), would like to update F&B (food and beverage) outlets operating in hospitals.
The aforementioned outlets including staff canteens/restaurants are permitted to continue operations, provided these are exclusively for only hospital staff (no patients or visitors are allowed), and are required to follow applicable guidelines as per
DHCA's announcement about closure of F&B outlets for two weeks (dated 23 March).
Note: Regular inspections will be conducted by DHCA Departments and DM to ensure the compliance; partners will face violations for non-compliance.
