As the UAE intensifies efforts to protect public health and combat communicable diseases including COVID-19, Dubai Healthcare City Authority, the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City, would like to inform you about new resolutions from The Cabinet relating to publishing and exchanging health information on communicable diseases and epidemics.
Hospitals and clinics in the free zone are advised to refer to the
Cabinet Resolution (No. 24 for the year 2020) (Arabic), which addresses the below:
- Reporting cases.
- Specialised and authorised entities to publish the correct information.
- Prohibited practices.
- Administrative penalties for non-compliance, and authorities responsible for issuing penalties.
- Procedures for administrative penalties.
- Procedures for grievances.
